ArtA-cull 1A ° â€ "Destinations the tax corresponding to the testamentarA-a de Serafina Bermudez, to the construction of a tower in Villa Rivero, in order to place in it a public clock acquired for that population.
ArtA-culo 2A ° â€ "The administration of the product of this tax is entrusted to the Municipal Board of Villa Rivero, with charge of account to the Comptroller-General of the Republic.
