FOR HOW much the National Congress has sanctioned the following law:
THE NATIONAL CONGRESS
ArtA-arse 1A ° â€ "Taxpayers of the Vaca Diez province of the department of the Beni and the National Territory of Colonies, which have been harmed by floods or pests, are exempt from such a tax by the present year of 1932.
ArtA-arse 2A ° â€ "The qualification for the benefits of the previous article, will be made in the Territory of Colonies by the National Delegation; and by a Board composed of the Sub-prefect, the President of the Municipality and Judge of Party, in the province Vaca Diez, which will function for 60 days, with equal weight.
Communal-be to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
