DECCRETA:

ArtA-arse 1A ° †"Crate the ten percent tax (10%) on award-winning tickets The LoterA-a Nacional de Beneficencia y Salubridad, in charge of the beneficiary.

ArtA-Aculo 2A ° †"In time to make the payment of prizes on favored tickets, the Administration of the LoterA-a Nacional, in the carA-cter of Agent of The amount of the tax corresponding to the same, by depositing A-in-law its amount in the Fiscal Treasury, immediately after each move.

Communicate to the Executive Branch, for constitutional purposes.
