FOR HOW much: the National Congress has sanctioned the following law:

DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo 1A ° †"SAºspendese the processing of judicial and administrative actions against the heads, officers, conscripts, reservists and any person enrolled in the Army from the date on which the mobilization or winding up was carried out, up to 30 days after the return of the place of his civilian address.

ArtA-ass 2A ° †"The powers, minutes, scriptures, and testimonies that are extended and franqueen por los Notaries PAºblicos para los reservists mobilized, le serA ¡ n en papiel comunas y no timbres, being exempt from the payment of notarial rights.

ArtA-culo 3A ° †" The public instruments relating exclusively to the reservists whose registration and registration is requested from the Office of Royal Records, are also exempt from the payment of duties determined by legal provisions in force.
