BECAUSE of how much the National Congress has sanctioned the following law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA,

ArtA-arse 1A °. †" National mourning is declared the dA-as 19 and 20 of this month, in tribute To the memory of the person who was a teacher of the Youth and clarified citizen Doctor Daniel SA ¡ nchez Bustamante, without closing of offices, the national pabellén in the public buildings must be established.

ArtA-culo 2A °. †" A commission composed of a representative of each department, both the CA of Deputies and the Senate, will accompany the remains of the Doctor SA ¡ nchez Bustamante, the sA ¡ bado 19, from the Central station to the Legislative Palace, where the burning chapel will be erected.

ArtA-ass 3A °. †" A representative of the Senate and the second vice president of the CA of Deputies will take the floor in the act of their burial.

Communal-be to the Executive Branch, for constitutional purposes.
