FOR HOW much the National Congress has sanctioned the following law:
THE NATIONAL CONGRESS
DECCRETA:
ArtA-culo 1A ° †" AutorA-zase to the Prefecture of La Paz to hire a loan in a of the local banking institutions up to the sum of three hundred thousand Bolivians, destined for the continuation of the works of pavements of the city of La Paz, the one that could be placed partially or totally.
ArtA-ass 2A ° †" the service of amortisation and interest of this loan, is affected eighty percent (80%) of the gross yield of the current tax of pavements created by the fifth article of the law of 17 November of a thousand nine hundred and twenty-six years, or of fifty cents per hundred kilos of foreign goods that are internal to the department of La Paz by the National Customs of the North.
Communicate to the Executive Branch, for the constitutional purposes.
