CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPASBLICA.
FOR HOW much: the National Congress, has sanctioned the following law;
THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,
ArtA-ass 1A ° â€ " No process, whatever the net, may be extracted from the the office in which it is dealt with, under the penalty of fifty Bolivian pesos of fine to the deputy who violated this provision for the first time, and dismissal in case of recidivism. It will be allowed only to the postage of the file at the time of pleading for final judgment, as to found or to answer the resources of appeal or nullity for only one time.
ArtA-Aculo 2A ° â€ " All written will be presented with a signed copy and on paper, or as many copies signed as many as the contenders, for them to be given to those involved in the contest.
ArtA-ass 3o â€ " The providence that the Judge or official shall be reproduced by the Registrar or Actuary at the foot of the copies, authorizing with his signature and its stamp, both the autentity of the copy, and that of the auto or decree.
ArtA-ass 4A ° â€ " The notification diligence when it is personal, will record the delivery of the copy, and when it is practiced by cedulân will leave it in the registered office, stating the fact with a witness.
ArtA-ass 5A ° â€ " The Prosecutor, in case according to law he must intervene in civil causes, if he does not dispatch the process passed to his knowledge, within the period of eight days, It will be forced to return it. The judge or tribunal, with a note set by the Registrar or actuary, shall resolve in the background, in rebellion-a, giving for the filling of that intervention.
ArtA-ass 6A ° â€ All provisions contrary to this law are hereby repealed.
