ROAD ROAD QUA • ME-INQUISIVI.†" Authorizes the Prefecture of La Paz, to place an undertaking or obtain loan for Bs. 300,000, destined for work.

FOR HOW much: the National Congress, has sanctioned the following law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-arse 1A ° †" Authorize the Executive Branch to hire an intermediary from the Prefecture of La Paz It was held in the Central Bank, up to the sum of Bs. 300 ,000.†" with the interest of 6% a year and 4% of amortisation, destined to the work of the road of automobiles of Quime to the capital Inquisivi and the Yungas of the province to Cajuata. The operation of the loan will be made by fractions as required by the construction of the works,

ArtA-Aculo 2A ° †" The Prefecture of the Department of Peace, will administer the funds and will carry out the works collaborated by the General Directorate of Public Works, which will set the route to be followed from the capital Inquisivi passing through the region Suri.

ArtA-arse 3A ° †" To serve the purpose the following resources are destined:

A) â€" The subvencionation Department of the Department of Ten thousand Bolivians, created by law of 7 December 1927.

B) †" The extraordinary tax of a Bolivian on coca rice that is exported from the province Inquisivi, imposed that will be disengaged from the administration of the Society Owners Nor and Sud Yungas. Another real tax on coca, which will be collected by the Prefecture.

C) †"The tax of 30 cents per load of fruit that is exported from the Yungas of the province.

D) â€" The tax of a Bolivian on quintal of café which is exported from the Yungas.

E) †" The tax of a Bolivian for each cattle greater than two years that is exported from it. These taxes will be paid only in the established ones, with a prohibition of any other municipal tax or tax in transit.

F) †"The proceeds of the cost of the road loan from the first section of the province, should be applied to the conservation of the road Quime-Tres Cruces road and the neighborhood roads.

G) â€" The tax from one Bolivian for each truck and 50 cents for each car that cuts the road from Tres Cruces to Quime; being excluded from this tax the Compaà ± A-to Caracoles, for having built with its own resources the road of cars of Tres Cruces to Sallaitite.

ArtA-ass 4A ° †" These taxes will be charged from the date you are have signed the loan agreement with the Bank and will cease when it is fully covered.

ArtA-ass 5A ° †" The livestock that is introduced from other provinces to the Inquisivi, to graze, upon returning from it, will not pay tax.

ArtA-ass 6A ° †" The Executive Branch shall regulate this law.

Communicate to the Executive Branch, for constitutional purposes.
