ArtA-ass 1A °. â€ " The article 1A ° of the law of 23 November 1923, in The following terms: The taxes created by the laws of 7 February 1911 and 24 September 1917 on the transfer of mining and oil-related properties are set at two percent.
Article 2A °. â€ " The Article 2A ° of the said law of 23 November 1923 is amended as follows: Mining and oil-producing properties which are transformed by private companies into collective societies or to be used as joint ventures, comandita and collectives in anonimimas, will pay one and a half percent on the total value of the new company's properties.
Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
