For how much: the National Congress has sanctioned the following law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-arse 1A ° †"AutorA-zase to the Executive Branch to celebrate with the National Bank of Bolivia a contract of conversion of the balance of the undertaking referred to in the law of 4 February 1932, granted to the State for the works of the Railway PotosA -- Sucre for Bs. 4,200 ,000.†" and of the balance corresponding to the loan obtained from the same institution and consolidated by public deed of 31 May 1930 by Bs. 2.322.032.48.

ArtA-ass 2A ° †"The new obligation will accrue from the annual 5.1/2% and will be amortized annually to 3.1/2%.

ArtA-ass 3A ° â€"The operation is guaranteed with the following taxes:

currently support the obligations to be consolidated as referred to in Article 1A of the present law;

Tariff duties on or reaggravating the import to the paper for cigarettes;

And the new one to be paid, of 1/2% on the sale of international spins.

ArtA-ass 4A ° †" Exonase from the payment of timbres the scriptures to which the consolidation of the obligations of the present law will occur.

ArtA-ass 5A ° â€"The sum that will pay for services of amortisation and interests not realized in the management of 1933 will be added to the amount of the consolidated undertaking.
