For how much: the National Convention has sanctioned the following law:

THE NATIONAL CONVENTION

DECCRETA:

ArtA-ass 1A °. †" The National Convention agrees to provide the public powers and, consequently, to immediately designate President and Vice President the Republic.

Article 2A °. †" It is declared in force the Polish Constitution of 1880, with all the reforms being able to the National Convention, to replace it or to modify it without being subject to the ordinary procedures that in it is established.
