For how much: the H. National Convention has sanctioned the following law:

THE H. NATIONAL CONVENTION

DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo lo. †" The State will acquire all the documentation and the works of the historical and international character that Dr. Julio A. Gutierrez has left, to whose effect they are declared of necessity and utility public.

ArtA-ass 2o. †" The Prefecture of Santa Cruz will organize the administrative process of the case.

Article 3o. †" In the national budget of 1939, the necessary item to cover the costs to which the procedures laid down in this law, as well as to pay those works and its immediate publication, which is entrusts the son of the author, SeA ± or Julio Gutierrez and Gutierrez.

ArtA-ass 4o. †" From the document merituada, under the direction of the same son of the collector and with the intervention of a Notary of the Public Faith, the copies that the Executive Branch deems necessary, must be taken in mimicograph, owing the originals to be deposited in the National Library of Sucre and to distribute the testimonials between the municipality of Santa Cruz, the Library of the National Congress, the CancerlleA-a and other public institutions.
