THE H. NATIONAL CONVENTION
DECRETA:
ArtA-ass A progressive tax gasoline sold on national territory according to the following scale:
During the year 1939, Bs. 0.10 for each liter.

"" " 1941, and following, Bs. 0.20 for each liter
ArtA-ass 2A ° .†"This tax will be collected by Y. P. F. B., which, quarterly and with the intervention of the Comptroller-General, will practice its liquidations, depositing the amount raised in the Central Bank of Bolivia, to the order of the National Treasury, in particular.
ArtA-arse 3A ° .†"The product of this tax will be applied to the construction of first class roads, according to the plan that annually submit to the Ministry of Public Works and Communications.
