THE H. NATIONAL CONVENTION

DECRETA:

Article 1A ° .†" The Legislative Commission shall be composed of one representative for each Department and chaired by the President of the Convention.

Article 2A ° .†" Members of the aforementioned Commission will provide their services ada€" honorem.

Communicate to the Executive Branch, for constitutional purposes.
