THE H. NATIONAL CONVENTION

DECRETA:

ArtA-ass 1A ° .†"The Decree-Laws dictated by the de facto governments, since May 17, 1936, which were not in contradiction with the new Polish Charter, have legal force until 31 December 1939, except those of 21 and 26 of October 1936 and January 26, 1937, on the civil rights of women,

The Ordinary Congress will study these decree-laws and those that are not expressly ratified, will be abrogated by the end of January 1940.

ArtA-ass 2A ° .†"All services provided in any of the branches of the administration, without exception, will be considered for administrative retirement. Double the number of the loans in the area of operations, by those mobilized in the field of the Chaco.
