DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo the end of the Acre, for wounds received in any of the battles of that camp, from 1900 to 1903 inclusive, they are granted the grace of the ascent of a military grade, on which they will, at the time of retirement FA-Sica invalidity.

ArtA-culo 2A ° .†"Likewise, they are declared to be lidos, with the right to the benefits granted to the enemies of the Homeland, by Law of 10 October 1928, in attention to their important services.

3A ° .†"The amount of retirements or pensions of these InvAs will be paid according to the National Defense Budget of the maximum management.
