FOR HOW much: the H. National Convention has sanctioned the following law:

THE NATIONAL CONVENTION

DECRETA:

ArtA-ass 1A ° .†" AutorA-zase to the Executive Branch to contract, with the guarantee-to of the totality of the budget items that are recorded annually for official publications and expenses of printing, an internal undertaking of a billion five hundred thousand Bolivians, destined for the acquisition and support of an Editorial of the State,
