FOR HOW much the H. National Convention has sanctioned the following law:
THE H. NATIONAL CONVENTION
DECCRETA:
ArtA-ass 1A ° .†"The cadastral tax of the province of Arque, by the years 1939 to the 1941 inclusive, is destined in its entirety for the service and acquisition of a Electrical light plant in its capital.
ArtA-cull 2A ° .†" Ingually it is intended, the laggard income coming from such cadastral tax, since 1938.
ArtA-ass 3A ° .†" Crate with the same end the tax of Bs. 0.02 cents on each kilo of all mineral exploited and of Bs. 0.10 cents on every 100 kilos of all agricultural produce-tail and its derivatives that are exported from the province from Arque.
For the same purpose, the following resources:
Subsidaily the sale that produces the exploitation of the water and light services that are established;
A subdue to Bs. 12 ,000.†" to be fixed annually in the budget from the next management.
ArtA-arse 4A ° .†" It is recognized in the National Budget of the indicated years the departure of 100 ,000.â€" Bolivians (Bs. 100 ,000.†"), in each year with application to the works of collection of drinking water in the capital of the Province Arque, and to the construction of defensive on the rA-o.
ArtA-ass 5A ° .†" The respective funds will be deposited in special account at the Central Bank of Cochabamba, and will be administered by a Board, composed of the Municipal Mayor, Subprefect, Commander of the LEC., the Secretary General of the Railway Union of the Province, with a main neighbor, designated by the Prefecture of Cochabamba, with the intervention of the Comptroller-A, Departmental Administrator and General Manager of Public Works.
6A ° .†"The importance of the materials, the equipment, etc., for the works, the contracts in general, are free of all national, departmental, municipal and transportation of tools or materials, are granted the same rebates that are applicable to the transports that the Government does.
