FOR HOW much the National Congress has sanctioned the following law:

CONGRESS NATIONAL,

DECRETA:

ArtA-ass 1o.†" In commemoration of the Centenary of the birth of the remarkable man of science Daniel Bracamonte, the general hospital of the city of PotosA-and one of the main streets or squares will take his name.

ArtA-ass 2o.†" The Ministry of Health will send you A reminder bust of the eminent surgeon, in apparent place of the hospital. For this purpose, the respective item in the budget of 1941 shall be entered.

ArtA-ass 3o.†" A cA-vico holiday is declared, in the Department of PotosA-, the dA-20 October of the present year. On that date, the Medical Corps, the University, the secondary education establishments, primary and private, and the charitable societies of that department will pay homage due to the great medical and benefactor.

Communicate to the Executive Branch, for constitutional purposes.
