CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA

As soon as the National Congress has sanctioned the following law:

CONGRESS NATIONAL,

DECRETA:

ArtA-ass 1o. †"ModifA-case the article 3o. of the Law of 2 September 1938, concerning the undertaking for public works in the Department of Beni, as follows:

The items entered for the, acquisition of a dredger, cleaning and channelling of the stream of Trinidad; The construction of a single leprosary in Puerto Ballivià ¡ n; construction of a leprosary; School of Agronoma-a and Veterinary in the Loma, which in total amount to the sum of one thousand eight hundred and eighty thousand Bolivians (Bs. 1.880.000.â€) , it is intended to reinforce the items recorded in the same law for the Installations of Potables and Construction of the General Hospital of Trinidad, in the proportion of one million hundred and thirty thousand (Bs. 1.130.000.â€) and of seven hundred and fifty thousand Bolivians (Bs. € 750.000.â) , respectively.

ArtA-ass 2o. †"Of the sum allocated for cleaning and channeling of the stream of Trinidad, the sum of forty thousand Bolivians (Bs) is reserved. 40,000,†") for that purpose.

ArtA-ass 3o. †" The departure, from the same undertaking, destined for the installation of a radio office in Reyes, capital of the Ballivià ¡ n province, is intended for the acquisition of a power plant in the same place, in attention to that population He already has his radio-law office.
