For, the National Congress has sanctioned the following law:

NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECRETA:

ArtA-ass 1o. †" The Executive Branch is empowered to contract the extension of the contract authorized by Law of 2 September 1938, for public works in the Department of Beni, for the sum of three million bolivianos mA.

ArtA-ass 2o. †" The rate of interest and the annual amortisation shall be the same as those set out in the aforementioned Law of 2 September 1938.

Article 3o. †"The three million Bolivians referred to in this new undertaking, which will be served with the resources established in the law mentioned above, will be invested in the following works:

Bs. 2.200.000.†"for the General Hospital that is built in Trinidad; and the remaining Bs. 800,000.â€", distributed among the following works of the provinces of the Department:

Vaca Diez Province .............................." 180.000.†"

Yacuma Province ................................." 130.000.†"
