For how much, the National Congress has sanctioned the following law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-ass 1o. †" It is absolutely forbidden to export plants, seeds or branches (stakes) of siringa or to Brazilian hevea rubber tree in all its varieties and from any other A-rbol or guma-ferous bush that is reproduced in the same way territory of the Republic.

Atra-asculo 2o. †"The customs of the Republic and the services in question will be responsible for the strict surveillance to comply with this law, proceeding to the comiso of the plants or seeds.

ArtA-ass 3o. †"Those who contravened the prohibition laid down in Article 1 (1). They shall be punished with a prison of five to ten years.

Communal-be to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
