THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-ass 1o.†" AutorA-zase to the Executive Branch to acquire in quality Juan Gamarra, his home located in San Buenaventura, of the Iturralde Province of the Department of La Paz, which measures the extension of 27 meters long by 7 meters wide, for the sum of Bs. 10.000.†" that will be paid with the A-tem The Ministry of Hygiene and Health.

ArtA-ass 2o.†" This property will be exclusively for the installation of the Provincial Health offices of that district.

ArtA-ass 3o.â€" Minister of Hygiene and Health, Government Prosecutor and the Comptroller General of the Republic, In representation of the Supreme Government, the corresponding writing, with the owner of the real estate.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for the constitutional purposes.
