REPAsBLICA ' S CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT

FOR HOW MUCH, THE NATIONAL CONGRESS HAS SANCTIONED THE FOLLOWING LAW:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECRETA:

ArtA-ass 1o.†" Crate in the provinces Warnes, Sara and Ichilo, from the department of Santa Cruz, Fomento Offices Agriculture, to provide farmers and ranchers with machinery, implements and materials needed for the best development of their rural jobs.

ArtA-cull 2o.†" The Ministry of Agriculture will provide each of these Ofiicnas, of a complete team for agricultural work-tails, machineries, tools, insecticides, serums, vaccines and in general, the materials suitable for the agricultural and livestock development. The complete equipment will be used exclusively for the work of the small farmers ' properties, which should pay the costs only. The sale of machinery, tools, seeds, etc., in charge of the Agricultural Promotion Offices, will be made at cost prices and with payment facilities.

Article 3o.†" The Agricultural Promotion Offices, with their respective In the following points of the provinces named in the article 1o.: Warnes, Portachuelo, Montero and Buena Vista. The Ministry of Agriculture will appoint the technical and administrative staff.

ArtA-ass 4o.†" For the creation and maintenance of these offices, the following taxes and resources are created and allocated:

Twenty cents per beef and wild leather, raw or tanned, to be extracted from the same provinces;

Fifty cents for each bottle of beer, wine and spirits for the same provinces;

Fifty percent of the additional tax of ten cents per liter of alcohol manufactured in the Department of Santa Cruz, a with regard to Article 6. of the Law of 12 September 1938 and from the year 1941;

One hundred thousand Bolivians, of general funds of Agricultural Promotion-cola, amount to be fixed annually in the Budget, as national subsidy.

ArtA-ass 5o.†" Taxes established in the previous article will be collected by the Internal Revenue Administration of the department of Santa Cruz, which will deposit them in the Central Bank, in particular, to the order of the Ministry of Agriculture.

ArtA-ass 6o.†" The Executive Branch will manage in any of the bank institutions, a credit for the amount necessary for the purposes of this law, establishing as guarantee-the yields recorded in the Article 4., the amortisation shall not pass from ten percent (10%) and the maximum interest of the Seven percent.

ArtA-ass 7o.†" The Executive Branch will regulate this law.
