THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-ass 1o. †" The MAHAs of Particular Companies, will not be able to be at the same time the Heads of Departmental and Provincial Health, Directors of Hospitals, Inspectors of Industrial Hygiene and of the Insurance and Workers ' Savings Fund.

ArtA-ass 2o. †"The medical professionals who currently provide services to the companies and the Caja and those who perform the functions specified in the art. before, they will leave one of the charges, in the term of thirty dA-as to count of the promulgation of the present law.
