As soon as the National Congress has sanctioned the following law:

CONGRESS NATIONAL,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-ass 1o.†" Destinations the sum of ninety-four thousand seven hundred and eighty-one Bolivians seventy-eight cents, product of the additional tax collected on liter of alcohol produced in the paA-s, from 1938 to the date and, corresponding to the agricultural promotion, in the Department of La Paz, referred to in art. 6o. of the law of September 12, 1938, to the creation of an Experimental Zootological Station of the Altiplano, in the Cantonese Santiago de Machaca (province of Pacajes).

ArtA-ass 2o.†" The object of the Antedicha Zootological Station, will be to encourage the scientific procreation and adaptation of the auchid species in the border areas, for its rational propagation in all the altiplano.

ArtA-ass 3o.†" Of the subsequent collections, since the beginning of the management of 1941, the provinces of La Paz, equal sums, for the promotion of agriculture will be destined to the provinces of La Paz.
