For the National Congress has The following law is sanctioned:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-article 1o. †"Refuse to the article 51 of the Criminal Code, whose term will be written in the following form:" The death penalty will consist of the shooting of the inmate. The execution will take place out of the sunrise, within the prison in which he has kept the prisoner and will not attend the act outside the priest who attends the justicate, but the officials strictly necessary for the realization and proof of the penalty.

ArtA-ass 2o. †" Deribe the articles 53, 54 and 55 of the same code.

Article 3o. †" The commutation of the death penalty, referred to in Article 93, attributed to the Constitution, shall be understood by twenty years of imprisonment, thus being modified by the articles 97 and 98 of the aforementioned CACODE.

Communicate to the Executive Branch, for constitutional purposes.
