THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-article 1o. †"Refuse to the article 51 of the Criminal Code, whose term will be written in the following form:" The death penalty will consist of the shooting of the inmate. ArtA-ass 2o. †" Deribe the articles 53, 54 and 55 of the same code.

Article 3o. †" The commutation of the death penalty, referred to in Article 93, attributed to the Constitution, shall be understood by twenty years of imprisonment, thus being modified by the articles 97 and 98 of the aforementioned CACODE.
