DECCRETA:

ArtA-cull. †" The case is modified. of article 7o. of the law of 29 September 1932, in the following terms: "e) .â€" To appoint the Vocals of the District Courts, prior to the National Senate, to the Judges of the Party and Instructors, on a proposal in the Terna of the District Court, as to the Royal Rights and Notaries of FA© Public Rights. The District Courts will appoint the Parochial Judges, by means of the Instructor Judges.

Communicate to the Executive Branch, for the constitutional purposes.
