For how much, the National Congress has sanctioned the following law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECRETA:

ArtA-article 1o. †"For the death of any official who receives salaries from the budget of the Justice Service, or a pensioner, his or her forcible heirs shall receive the proceeds of the payment for once in the form of a mortuary € 10.a " for each official.

ArtA-ass 2o. †" The product of the deductions of Bs. 10.â€" that will be made to the surviving officials in the respective monthly budget, will be remesed directly to the Judicial Box, by the Departmental Subtreasury as soon as the respective discounts.

ArtA-ass 3o. †" The right to receive mortuary fees corresponds to the forced heirs according to the law.

ArtA-ass 4. †" Those who have the right to receive the mortuary fee according to the previous article, will be presented to the respective District Court with the documents that justify their personA-a and rights. The Court, after hearing the Prosecutor's Office and without any other limit, will resolve the origin or the origin and, by opting for the first one, immediately communicate to the Administrator of the Judicial Fund, so that the latter will make the person concerned interested, prior to the presentation of the respective planilla to be ordered.
