CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA

FOR HOW much, the H. National Congress has sanctioned the following law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-arse 1A °.†" A Stadium in the city of Cochabamba will be built, according to the approved plans and in the lands that were acquired for this object.

ArtA-ass 2A °.†" For that The following resources are allocated:

a) Ten percent of the tax on muko and the chicha of the Department of Cochabamba, created by Law of 29 November 1940.

(b) An additional stamp on the expectations of ten percent on the value of the localities, thus being amended by the Decree Law of 12 February 1940 and the Law of 16 February 1925.

c) The additional Pro Estadio tax of two Bolivians annually on each hectare mining area, both in the properties constituted, and in the petitions within the Department of Cochabamba.

d) The tax laggards on inheritances Prior to 1939, in the same Department of Cochabamba.

e) The taxes created by the Art. 1A °. (a) (b) and (d) of the Decree of 9 April 1938, referred to in the same day of 12 February 1940, which are collected in the Department of Cochabamba, and must be deposited by the National Treasury to the order of the Comité Pro Estadio This Law refers to this Law.

Article 3A °.†"The funds collected according to this Law, shall be deposited with the Central Bank, in special account to be called" CONSTRUCTION STADIUM COCHABAMBA " and the order of the Comité Pro Stadium that is created by this same Law.

ArtA-ass 4A °.†" A Comitá© Pro Estadio, with autonomy-a and legal responsibility, integrated by the Prefect, as President, a representative of the Association of Football, a delegate of the Departmental Committee of Sports,

the Engineer representative of the General Directorate of Public Works and the Department Controller.

ArtA-ass 5A °.†" The indicated Comitâ© will be in charge of the location and construction of the Stadium, as of the investment of the funds accumulated for this purpose to date and those obtained in compliance with this Law.

ArtA-culo 6o.†" The materials that need to be imported, will not pay any national, departmental, municipal or tax The customs authorities of the Member State of the European Union necessary, fifty percent reduction in all railroads.

ArtA-ass 7A °.†" The Comité Pro Estadio de Cochabamba is authorized to apply for annual advances from the Central Bank of Bolivia, up to 80% of the revenues calculated in each year.

ArtA-culo 8A °.†" All provisions contrary to this law are hereby repealed.
