CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA

FOR HOW much, the National Congress has sanctioned the following law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-ass 1A °.†"Articles 260 and 261 of the Law on the Judicial Organization are amended, in the following terms:

Article 260.â€" The judges shall receive for each resolution in which they intervene, an equivalent sum there is a DA-a from the Vocal of the Court where they provide their services. This will have been paid by the National Treasury.

Article 261.a € " In the monthly budget of the justice department of each department, the names of the judges who have won the same month in the month expired for their corresponding payment with the general list of branch officials.

Article 2A °.†" The payment of the advantage to the judges, does not disable them to be elected National Representatives.
