CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA

FOR HOW much, the H. Congress Nacional has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-ass 1A °.†" The monuments that will be raised at any point in the Republic or outside it on the initiative of the national funds, to perpetuate the memory of any character or event A special law will be the subject of a special law. Will be creditors to this homage, only the deceased personas.

ArtA-ass 2A °.†" The institutions or corporations interested in the erection of a monument, will manage before the Congress the approval of the law to be refers to the previous article.

ArtA-ass 3A °.†" Authorised the erection of a monument by the Congress, the Ministry of Education will submit the project or design of that to the opinion of the General Direction of Fine Arts, without the which will not be able to carry out the erection.

ArtA-arse 4A °.†" It is up to the National Congress to nominate populations, colonies, ports and other geographical locations.

ArtA-culo 5A °.†" It is absolutely forbidden to name provinces, towns, colonies, schools, ports, roads, bridges, railway stations, squares, avenues, streets and establishments or public places of any class which are, dependent on the State or the Municipalities, with names of living persons, as eminent persons as their services provided to the country or to some locality.

The postage stamps will not be able to display the image or name of live characters.
