CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA

FOR HOW much, the H. Congress Nacional has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-ass 1A °.†" The monuments that will be raised at any point in the Republic or outside it on the initiative of the national funds, to perpetuate the memory of any character or event A special law will be the subject of a special law. ArtA-ass 2A °.†" The institutions or corporations interested in the erection of a monument, will manage before the Congress the approval of the law to be refers to the previous article.
