FOR HOW much, the National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo 1A °.†" The Supreme Decree of 18 of the April 1925, which creates the National Convention of the " Order of the Andes. '

ArtA-ass 2A °.†"This Decoration, in its Grand Cross and Grand Official grades, will not be awarded without prior agreement of the National Senate.

ArtA-ass 3A °.â€" In no case the Ministry of Foreign Affairs " You can dispense with organizing the file of the respective rites, before proposing to the President of the Republic the granting of the Order in any of its degrees.
