ArtA-arse 1A °.â€ " The Executive Branch is authorized to give in to free-to-title, in favor of the Military CA-rculo, the grounds of the Army located in the street Recreo corner of this city, for the building of its premises
ArtA-ass 2A °.â€ " With the Intervening of the Board of Alcoins National, the Ministry of Defense is authorized to carry out the auction of the Plaza de la Plaza Venezuela, transferred to the Directorate of the Military CA-rculo by Decree and Supreme Resolution of 1A ° of February 1929 and August 28, 1936, respectively, or the property referred to in the preceding article, with whose resources the construction of the premises destined for that institution should be initiated, in the fields that give greater advantages to that object.
