FOR HOW much, the National Congress has sanctioned the following law:

ArtA-arse 1A °.†"The Second Section of the Abaroa province of Oruro Department is constituted in an independent province of the Primera Sección, with the name" LADISLAO CABRERA ", having by capital SALINAS DE GARCI MENDOZA.

ArtA-culo 2A °.â€" FormarA n part of the new province the current cantons of the second section that are: Salinas de Garci Mendoza, Pampa Aullagas, Challacota and Jirira and also those of Ucumasi and Aroma (formerly Poque) that are elevated to is categorical.
