GENERAL EENRIQUE PEA'ARANDA.
Constitutional President of the Repašblica because H. Congress has sanctioned the following law: the National Congress DECREES: Arta-culo °. â €"Complema © feel the law of 6 February of this year relating to the hiring of an Empra © stito with exclusive destination to the Captación de Padilla potable waters, with the following subparagraphs, corresponding to the 1a ° Arta-culo" (: e) 20% surcharge on the tax property taxes rustic in the province;
