FOR HOW much, the National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-ass 1A °.â€" AutorA-zase to the Prefecture of PotosA-to proceed to the Expropriation, because of necessity and public utility, of the founding "Buena Vista", located in the Cantonese Vitichi, Nor Chácís Province, of that department, destined to the service of the Rural Normal School or other establishment.

ArtA-ass 2A °.†" The expropriation will be understood in all the terrain that is necessary for the indicated purposes, authorization also to the Municipality of PotosA-, to yield such ground by vA-to expropriations.

ArtA-arse 3A °.†" To cover the value of the expropriation, the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND BOLIVIANS (Bs. 800,000.†") It will be fixed in the National Budget of the démarches of 1942 and 1943, in proportional sums. From this sum it will be invested the necessary to pay the just price that will come to be fixed within the limit of expropriation according to law.
