CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA

BY AS, the National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-arse 1A °.†" The President of the Republic, National Representatives, State Ministers, Members of the Judiciary, Diplomatic and Consular Agents and in general civil servants and employees of the civil, national, departmental, municipal or administrative lists of civil, national, departmental, municipal or autonomous entities, irrespective of their status, who are either directly or indirectly enriched result of the exercise of his or her charge or of the influence derived therefrom, shall be punished with imprisonment of two to ten years and disablement in order to exercise public or public charges for double time, provided that the fact is not Severe penalties for severe penalties.

ArtA-arse 3A °.â€" Crase a National Register of Goods of Civil Servants, annexed to the Ministry of Justice and with a seat in all the capitals of the Department. The Registry shall be carried out by a Director General appointed by the Executive Branch on a proposal from the Senate, with residence in La Paz and Administrators with residence in the other capitals of the Department, appointed by the Executive Branch, which will also name the rest of the staff necessary for the operation of the Registry.

ArtA-ass 4A °.†" Within the ninety days of the installation of the Registry and with respect to the new officials within the thirty dA-as having assumed office, will present a sworn and signed declaration of all your assets,

rents and debts, with the necessary details to know your estate situation. Any new acquisition, disposal or movement of goods shall also be declared to the Registry within the time limits that will not exceed one semester.

ArtA-ass 5A °.†" They are not required to submit to the Registry the declaration of their assets:

(a) Those who perform purely teaching functions.

b) The classes and soldiers of the Army, the bodies of carabinieri and the gendarmerie.

c) The lower employees, that is, the auxiliaries, scribes, ushers and gatekeepers.

ArtA-ass 6A °.†" The officials who omit the declarations of goods in the terms of this law, will in fact lose their Charges for such time-limits. Those who make malicious or false statements will suffer from one to two years and disable for double time. The employees of the Registry of Goods who do not report omissions and untruths that come to check.
