GENERAL ENRIQUE PEA ' ARANDA

CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA

FOR HOW much, the Congress National has sanctioned the following law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-ass 1A °.†" The withdrawal of workers ' savings funds shall proceed in the following cases:

a) Old age, when the worker interested has reached fifty years of age;

b) Forced stop or when the worker has been fired from the job;

c) Invalidity, when he is disabled for work and presentation of a certificate;

d) When he is a foreigner, he/she has to return to his or her country and exhibit the a subsequent travel consular certificate to check it and provided that there is reciprocity with the worker's home country of origin;

e) By the death of the wife or person held by her, her parents and children, legal or natural, in the the amount necessary to meet the burial costs, provided that such expenditure is not payable to the employer, employer or person legally obliged to cover them;

f) For duly checked disease of the spouses and children.

Article 2A °.†" In case of death of the worker, the widow, children or parents, may collect the savings only to accredit their rights by means of certificates of marriage and baptism, without the need for a declaration of heirs, in the proportions to which the civil law is entitled to them respectively, after proof that the persons concerned must that there are no other forced heirs.

ArtA-ass 3A °.†" repeals provisions that oppose this law.

The Government Palace of the city of La Paz, at the twenty-five days of November of a thousand nine hundred and forty-one years, is to be held and fulfilled as the law of the Republic.
