CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPASBLICA

BY HOW much, the National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECRETA:

ArtA-cull 1o.â€" Destinations the road-loan of the jurisdiction of the Loreto cantonal, province Fenced from the Department of Beni, from the management 1942 to 1945 inclusive, to the following works:

a) .†"Cleaning of the RA-or Tico, in the extent necessary for its frank navigability.

b) .â€" Reservoir of the waters of the lagoon San Jerónico, for supply to the population of Loreto.

c). â€" Building bridges over the RA-or Tico and the Chochope and San Andréns streams.

ArtA-Aculo 2A °.†" A board composed of the Municipal Mayor, the Corregidor and a neighbor appointed by the Prefecture of the Department, will be in charge of the execution of these works, under the supervision of the Office of Works Departmental Public, and with charge of rendering account documented.

Communicate to the Executive Branch, for constitutional purposes.
