CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPASBLICA

FOR HOW much, the H. National Congress has sanctioned the following law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-arse 1A °.†" In order to increase the development of winter sports and Tourism in the mountain range through the construction of roads, hotels, the following taxes are established:

a) Tax of five Bolivians, on natural ice quintal extra-do from the sales owners.

b) One percent additional tax on accommodation bills in La Hoteles de La Peace.

c) Ten percent of the funds raised for the promotion of tourism in the Republic.

Article 2A °.†" A Comité formed by the President, Secretary and Treasurer of the Andean Club of Bolivia, a representative of the Comité National Sports and a representative of the Comptroller-General, will intervene in the handling of such funds.

The Internal Revenue Office, deposit monthly, the corresponding items in a special account at the Central Bank and the order of the indicated Comité.
