CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA

FOR HOW much, the National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-cull 1A °.†" The Law of 8 is amended November 1940, in the sense that the business of the administration The public will be dispatched by nine ministries, and must be established between them by the Executive, with independent, the Agriculture, Livestock-a and Colonization, whose privileges are given to the Law of the Political Organization of 3 of December 1888, the following will be:

1a.†") To intervene in any matter related to animal and plant production either from simple raw materials or transformed by processes of industrialization, in their trade and consumption.

2a.†") In the import and export of all raw material or made from animal or vegetable origin, granting permits and in the fixing of customs tariffs.

3a.†") In the price fixing of materials of animal and plant origin.

4a.†") In the fixing of rates for the inland and inland transport of agricultural products.

5a.†") In any contract with the State that relates to the production, trade or supply of national agricultural products.

6a.†") In Rural Credit.

7a.†") In the higher, middle and special agricultural education.

8a.†") In the national agricultural and agricultural statistics.

9a.†") In the regulation of the services of production, health, trade and consumption of products of animal and plant origin, and, at last, in everything that relates to the exploitation of the land from the point of view of the agricultural and livestock industries derived from them.

10a.†") In the direction of the accounting of the boxes of agricultural establishments and tax colonies.

11a.†") In the relations between producers and industrialists and employment of national raw material by the industries.

Article 2A °.†"The provisions that are opposed to this law are repealed.

ArtA-arse 3A °.â€" The present The law will enter into force from the 1st of January 1942.
