FOR HOW much, The National Congress has sanctioned the following law:

NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-cull 1A °.â€" Declà ¡ rase free de todo gravà ¡ mens département, municipal o destinado como recursos sundades, a excepcionado de los servicios de legalizásado consular, putaway, -Statistics and mobilisation, as specified in Article 3A of the Law of January 29, 1938, the import of kerosene, current gasoline and gasoline for aviation, comprised in fractions 218 and 219 of the current Arancel.

ArtA-ass 3A °.†" The release of duties and taxes referred to in the preceding articles, shall govern until December 31, 1943.

ArtA-culo 4A °.†" In replacement of the gasoline tax sold in the Department of La Paz, the sales tax in the same Department, from one and a half to two percent, is raised to the public works of the City of La Paz.

ArtA-ass 5A °.â€" All provisions contrary to this law should be made.
