THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,
DECRETA:
ArtA-cull 1A °.†" The tax on the mining production to be settled monthly as the Articles 16 and 17 of the supreme decree of June 7, 1939, for the retail mining entrepreneurs, will be discounted from every purchase settlement made by the Mining Bank of Bolivia, acting as a "retrenciation agent."
ArtA-culo 2A °.†"This Bank will give monthly the discounted values for such a tax that replaces the one of mining utilities in the" Internal Revenue " collection offices, assuming the responsibilities foreseen by the
ArtA-arse 3A °.†" The Executive Branch by supreme decree will classify, according to the volume of production of the mining companies, between large, medium and small, in order to establish the obligations They are inherent in each group in their relationship with the State in the field of taxation.
ArtA-arse 4A °.†"Producers classified as" mineworkers " whose tax is collected by the Minero Bank in accordance with this law, are exempt from the obligation to present annual accounting balance that is replaced with a declaration that contains:
