PROPOSALS.†" The law of the Judicial Organization is modified in its articles 314 and 323, referring to them. Also the only article of the law of September 12, 1901.

CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA

FOR HOW much, the National Congress has sanctioned the following law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-arse 1A °.†"Article 314 of the Law of Judicial and Legal Organization of the Law of 12 September 1901, is worded as follows:

" Article 314.a € " In all the courts of justice, only they can present petitions with the procurators with power. Litigants who do not want to make use of procurators, may be able to follow suit personally, except in the Supreme and Supreme Courts ".

Article 2A °.â€" The art is modified. 323 of the same law in the following terms:

"Article 323.a €" The procurators will arrange with the parties their salary, before they take care of the litigation, in knowledge of the contracts signed by the lawyers who sponsor them; but the judge, the third party being hired by the lawyer or regulated by him. "
