Single-ass.†"The University" TomA ¡ s FrA-as " is authorized to to hire an undertaking up to 6 MILLION BOLIVIANS (Bs. 6,000,000,†") , in the Central Bank of Bolivia or another institution of credit or industry, destined for the construction of the new university building, with guarantee-a of the goods and rents that are necessary, according to the last period of the art-circle 159 of the State Police Constitution.

Communal to the Executive Branch, for constitutional purposes.
