As soon as the H. National Congress has sanctioned the following law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-arse 1A ° .†" The Mayor's Office is authorized to Municipal de Viacha, capital of the province Ingavi, to contract, in any of the banking institutions of the country, an undertaking up to the total sum of two million Bolivians, with a maximum interest of 5 percent and cumulative amortisation of 4 percent a year, destined to the construction of the following public works;

1A ° .†" Palace Community of the province Ingavi, in the capital Viacha.

2A ° .†"Pavement and sewerage service.

3A ° .â€" Conclusion of the slaughterhouse and municipal market.

Article 2A °.â€" For the service of amortisation and The following resources are allocated:

The municipal taxes in force and which could be created according to the municipal ordinances on the National Cemento, FA, and Beer and Beer on other factories or establishments to be implemented in the future in the Ingavi province.
