CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPASBLICA.
As soon as the H. National Congress has sanctioned the following law:
THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,
Article 1A °.â€ " Tax land holders, without legal title, who invoke rights acquired prior to the law of September 11, 1915 and credit the possession in the form established by the same 12 November of the same year, will perfect their right to be subject to the current requirements. To this end, the period of consolidation and records of land-titles until 31 December 1945 is reopened.
ArtA-ass 2A °.â€ " The holders of tax lands that invoke rights after 1915 and credit a post of more than ten years may consolidate their right, provided that the area occupied does not exceed 2,500 hectares. The current consolidation files are now being saved.
ArtA-ass 3A °.â€ " It will not be dictated to declare the origin of the consolidation if it is not credited previously, that the land whose consolidation is requested, are registered in the cadastral register and paid the taxes to the dA-a.
ArtA-ass 4A °.â€ " Land holders who do not have a primary domain name or have not effected the value of the hectares prior to the Supreme Decree of 25 December 1936 shall pay the price of a Bolivian per hectare to obtain the consolidation.
Communicate to the Executive Branch, for constitutional purposes.
