As soon as the H. National Congress has sanctioned the following law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECRETA:

ArtA-ass 1A ° .†" Learn the ad-referendum contract signed by the Mayor of Cochabamba with the commercial firm "Ferrero Goitre", in its 16 cla usulas, for the construction and exploitation of a Hotel, Theater and Dependencies, in the capital city; the expropriations referred to by the clA are submitted third to the relevant laws and strictly to the areas necessary for such work, in accordance with the plan approved by the municipal office and provided that these expropriations are indispensable.
