Whereas, H. National Congress has enacted the following law: the National Congress DECREES: Arta-culo Aºnico.a€ "is intended for the support of the University of San Agusta-n, the following special, complementary resources of the Arta-culo 13 of the law of 6 February of this year: 30 cents on a bottle of drink consumed in the Oruro Department."
30 cents on a bottle of drink that is produced in the Department of Oruro.
20 cents on a bottle of wine, spirits, liqueurs or piscos of national production which they are admitted in the Oruro Department.
20 cents on a bottle of the beverages specified in e1 previous paragraph, being developed in the Department of Oruro.
20 and 10 per cent respectively, opposed to changes that will yield n the departmental and municipal treasures of Oruro, in the tax of 40 cents on minerals exported from the Department metric quintal.!
