CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPASBLICA.

For how much, the H. National Congress has sanctioned the following law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECRETA:

ArtA-ass nico.†" It is intended for the support of the University of San AugustA-n, the following special resources, complementary to article 13 of the law of 6 February of this year:

30 cents on bottle of chicha consumed in the Department of Oruro;

30 cents on bottle of chicha to be produced in the Oruro Department;

20 cents on bottle of wine, spirits, spirits or piscus of national working that are interned in the Department of Oruro;

20 cents on bottle of the drinks specified in the previous e1, which are elaborated in the Department of Oruro;

20 and 10 percent, respectively, of the difference yield yield that the departmental and municipal treasures of Oruro will perceive, in the tax of 40 cents on the metric of minerals exported from the Department.

Communicate to the Executive Branch, for constitutional purposes.
